If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us

Interpretation and Definitions


The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Gleev Motors Private Limited, B-17, Udyog Kendra-1, Ecotech-3, Greater Noida.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Pre-bookings means goods booked after paying a fraction of the actual cost
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Gleev, accessible from
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Fully paid orders

After placing an order if you decide to cancel, you can do it within 3 working days before the product goes out for shipment.

Once shipped your order can’t be cancelled

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, you must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 working days from the day on which We receive your cancellation request

Conditions for Returns& Replacement

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return& replacement, following conditions will be applicable:

  • The productwas damaged in shipping
  • Product was having any major manufacturing defect upon receiving
  • Product not working

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods that have been used & have more than 2 kms on the odo
  • Damaged goods due to rough usage
  • Missing original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

We will pick up the product from your doorstep, please keep the product in original packaging. Our delivery agent will verify the contents of the package & if found satisfactory he will receive the goods for return. Our delivery agent will hold the right to refuse to take back the product if any of the contents are missing or any of the conditions mentioned above for returns are not met

Cancelling pre-bookings

Pre-bookings are non-refundable. Prebooking amount will be automatically refunded if for some reason we are unable to deliver your product.

Please understand that we are a bootstrapped organization with limited resources & low profit margins. All the money that we receive through prebooking’s goes into purchasing of goods & materials for carrying out the production of the product. Order & booking cancellations can impact us in a big way.
